Morning Shampoo - from the I AM WOMAN Collection
The wood for this piece is extremely dense and heavy, having almost stone like qualities. This abstract depicts a woman who has flipped her shampooed hair over her face. This is from another very abstract piece of wood given to me by a sculptor friend from Belize. The wood was so very hard to work with I was wearing out tool after tool.
